Shat-Kriyas are the most important part of yoga as these are the cleansing exercises of yoga and related to internal cleansing. We are always concerned to clean our outer body as this is the most visible part of body this is the reason we apply different kind of beauty products to look more attractive. Shat Kriyas are also know as the Kriya Yoga or Shat Karmas in the books of yoga. There are six yogic ways to clean our body from inside.

NETI KRIYA

Neti Kriya is a nasal cleansing technique which is very much recomended by the classical Yoga book Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Jal Neti, Shutra Neti, Ghrit Neti, Dudgh Neti, Gaj Karni Neti are the Netis in Yoga.

DHAUTI KRIYA

Dhauti Kriyas are the way to clean the abdomen. To get rid from acidic problems Dhauti Kriya Helps a lot. Vaman Dhauti, Vastra Dhauti, Danda Dhauti are the popular Kriyas to clean the abdomen nicely

NAULI KRIYA

Nauli Kriya is the way to give a very nice massage to all the internal organs nicely, Its a very important way keep your digestive system strong and healthy. If you practice it everyday you will be fit forever.

KUNJAR (BAMAN) KRIYA

Baman Kriya is the most important part of Astang Yoga, It is the part of Shat Kriyas. If You practice it daily it will make your digestive system very strong and will keep you away all the diseases. Baman Kriya help to balance the Pitha, Kafa & Vayu Dosha.

DANDA DHAUTI KRIYA

Danda dhauti is a yogic purification technique designed to remove excess bile from the stomach and excess mucus. Traditionally, danda dhauti was performed by threading a lotus or banana stem down the throat.

GHRITA NETI KRIYA

Ghrita Neti (Nasal Cleansing) is one of the cleansing practices of Hatha Yoga which involves cleaning of nasal passages with the help of warm ghee. It also helps in curing diseases of the respiratory tract such as asthma, pneumonia, bronchitis and pulmonary tuberculosis.
